Fit Room sits just off the beach in Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa — bright, open, unhurried. It's a small space on purpose: five people, max, so every class feels personal instead of packed.
The studio is built on real Pilates standards — certified instructors, small classes, real progress — led with 30 years of teaching experience behind every detail, from how the space feels to how classes are taught.
